A couple of questions.

How good are the medical facilities at the hospital?

Who here can hold their breath a damn long time and help me have a look around the ship? [It's for more medical supplies]

I want to find a way to help the kid survive, or others that might leave the dome. But I'd need to find a willing- [There's an alien concept here. Something like "advanced human" and "posthuman"] -to offer some blood with heightened immunities.

Do you think you could check at the hospital and see if they have something as advanced as a centrifuge?

[And if they don't, he's really going to have to look into getting medical facilities on the ship functional again.]

[And he examines the layout and ponders where a medical station might be within this massive ship. Someplace easily accessible to the crew. Maybe near crew quarters or the central command station.]

[ It's not quite in those words; more of a nudging, a tell me more, with a little edge of exasperation. C'mon, he wasn't even trying to startle you. And you asked for it, anyway. ]

Can you ask around about finding a few- [that concept again] -that do have it? I know they exist here. [He just doesn't know who and precisely to what extent. Sma and Rhade he vaguely knows of. He's sure there there are others that don't want to come forward.]

I think these are the possible locations that are also most easily accessible for starting our search. If we find nothing there then we can start planning for more risky endeavours deeper in the ship.

Are you armed? Not that I expect to find anything hostile, but it is a mysterious alien space ship, and there are some species who would find airless darkness quite habitable.

Don't want to use the blaster unless I have to. [In case he needs to use the battery in it to power some of the medical equipment.]

[That gets a little bit of a strange look, just because nothing seems to have nested in the ship so far despite it being gaping open (at least that he can tell), but a lot of people do opt to stay in Kay's protection.]

What places do you suspect?

I'm able to go without breathing for quite some time. It's saved my life more than once.

The hospital, from what I've gathered, is rather lacking in staff and supplies, but I haven't been able to assess the technology level.

To be honest, I'm not sure what to ask either, though I can certainly contact the two of them. Diziet I know; Rhade, I don't believe I do.

I can't really... generally scan for it, though I may be able to scan individuals.
