To all of us stranded here - my name is Colonel Telford of the US Air Force. I'd like to help further our attempts to get ourselves organized.

I understand that we have some exploration parties established and out there looking for answers by now. However, I feel like we should have some sort of ground base to bundle our efforts as well. I'd also like to take inventory and know where we stand in terms of provisions, medical supplies and weapons at this point.

I wasn't in the best condition when I came to and I could imagine I won't be the only one - are there any doctors around who could establish an infirmary and tend to the injured? Do we have people with scientific background who could start working on the ship and those pods?

Finally, are there people with combat experience among us who would be willing to establish a watch and securing of the perimeter with me?

FTL and no encounters? I doubt we're from the same galaxy then. We've encountered quite a few other races by now and our space exploration is pretty new.

I sure hope the ship can help out with that. Even if it accidentally crashed here it should have collected some data upon arrival.

[Wing is outside, looking toward the Old City when the other exits the ship. He stands about three times the average human's height, the Great Sword on his back almost twice as tall as Telford is.]

[He gives a sheepish shrug when the other arrives.]

It's been a long time since I saw the sun.

... he might at some point ask if there's a way for Wing to take him along :D

[Telford stops in his tracks for a split second to take in the sight, then walks over to join the Cybertronian.]

[He looks over at the sun, realizing he's actually enjoying the fresh air on his face. During his time aboard Destiny he didn't really have a lot of opportunities to leave the ship and accompany teams to planetsides.]

Actually, I can relate. It's been a while for me, too.

Sometimes, yes. [The SGC bunker probably counts as underground.]

But I've spent some time on a spaceship lik this. Different design and technology, of course, but the only light I've had for the last couple of weeks was artificial.

How about you? It's probably a different perception of scales but I'm having a hard time picturing someone your size living an underground life.

Not as far as I know. But, like I said, I'm just a lowly lieutenant. You'd need to talk to the higher up brass to know for sure. We're still reeling from the news that the Cylons can look like us. Pass themselves off as human.
