[ Maybe she couldn't handle it. She didn't know. Honestly, she was Hope. She was stubborn and forceful and she had it in her mind that she could and she would. Failure wasn't a word in her vocabulary.

That didn't mean she didn't need the support, though. That Erik squeezing her shoulder and offering faith in her didn't help relieve the pressure a lot.
