[Natasha's dealt with some strange things in the last few days, but waking up a space ship is probably the weirdest. the disorientation is frustrating, but she works through it, quickly finding her things before examining the pod she'd woken in, twisting her phone around in her hands before turning it on and speaking]

I'm looking for a Clint Barton and Nick Fury. Preferably intact and as soon as possible.

[she's all ready beginning to browse through the network it hooks to, gathering what intel she can as she starts making her way through the ship]

Alien spaceships, prehistoric worlds, giant cities and dinosaurs. Anything else I should know? If this is another one of Loki's games, I'd like advanced warning this time.

[and she steps out of the ship to finally see the world herself, going still a moment, lips pressed tight and head tilting to the side]

Yeah, definitely not Earth.

I doubt it's one of Loki's games, ma'am.

[Bruce is just. Staring at this.] ...Well that's four of us now. Something tells me these guys aren't very smart.

Well, you can add in interplanetary cold war, if you're making a list, but so far there's no sign of Loki's involvement.

[Pepper's tone is balanced between dry and dryly amused, in a sort of north-northeast of cardinal points for moods. The background behind her lacks a lot of the polish of a Stark Industries office tower -- in fact, it seems to be some sort of hospital -- but Pepper Potts has found in trays and she's using them.]

Regardless of the circumstances, it is good to see a familiar face, 'Ms. Rushman'.

[Natasha is Russian, after all. Pepper's smile is small and crooked, but genuine enough as she delivers a vital statistics roll call.]

Fortunately, Tony's turned up here too, along with Captain Rogers and Dr. Banner, so I'm well supplied in people who can handle the... less civilized aspects of the setting. Jane Foster's here as well -- Thor's, um--

['Girlfriend' does not really sit easily when paired with an Asgardian, and other options sound too archaic, inaccurate or both. Pepper gives up with a lift of one hand and a slight shake of her head.]

Well, no Thor yet. Jane and I have an apartment near the hospital. There is group accommodation and some basic food provided for new arrivals provided by the local leadership, but it's largely a case of you have what you can hold beyond that.

[Natasha has to admit, she's impressed. she always knew Pepper could handle herself, but the woman is amazingly adept at taking control when all hell breaks loose]

Efficient as ever, I see. I'm familiar with Jane from the files we had on Thor, and I've spoken with Banner. It's good to know we have some allies here.

I don't suppose they supply weapons? I have some of my gear, but it's not going to be enough if there's a situation.

[ Different haircut but those names she's rattling off and the general look of her matches up. ]

[Natasha's eyebrow raises curiously, but she doesn't react otherwise]

I, um, know of him. Kind of. We weren't exactly introduced, like, personally, but he helped us with the... Apocalypse... thing...

You seem to have survived whatever brought us here intact.

There isn't a lot I haven't seen, and you tend to wind up dead if you're surprised too often but the things that actually are new.
