Hard to say. If they were safety-conscious, there should be an emergency kit every sector of the ship. If they figured hey, we can cut a few corners, every three to five. If they were really lax, there should still be some at the airlocks, engineering stations, and laboratories - they're the most likely points for contamination or breach.
