Three panels. It takes all three deactivated to get the collar off. Theoretically. And I haven't heard a single thought since it's been on.

[ His voice is calm, but there's strain in it. He literally has not slept since it was put on. He's dead tired, completely exhausted, and still too afraid and too tense to close his eyes. Even having Raven there isn't helping. ]
