We don't know how they're made but they can be removed. It's--

None of us have ever done it. I have only read about them being removed.

It's delicate. There are three panels on the collar. The panels can be removed--

[some rustling to double check facts.]

You must simultaneously deactivate each panel before it can be removed. I have diagrams but I have never done it.
