[The video is turned on but, should you be someone who does not believe in Jack Frost, the video shows nothing except the scenery. The camera doesn't really seem to move. Unless, of course, one knows and believes in the entity holding the camera!

However, should you be a believer in Jack Frost, you will see a boy about eighteen with a very pale face, bright blue eyes, and white hair. He's crouched somewhere, staring intently into the phone with such a desperately hopeful look on his face. After about a minute of nothing (or staring), text finally appears.]

Can anyone see me? I've been here for a few hours now, please tell me someone can see!

[There's another pause.]

Fine. Can anyone at least answer this? I'm looking for a couple people and they're pretty hard to miss. There's North, though you guys would may know his as ol' St. Nick, aka Santa. There's Tooth, definitely can't miss her. She's got feathers all over with fairy wings, aka the Tooth Fairy. Sandman is a little guy, but he generally floats around on a sand cloud and then there's the Easter Bunny. Over six feet tall, carries some boomerangs and egg bombs, complete with an Australian accent. If you've seen them or if any of you guys are reading this, let me know!

Please. Tell me if you see me. I gotta know.

I do it for the kids mostly. The adults manage to find ways around it most of the time, so I think the ones that stay home are the ones that can afford it.

The schools are free. That's what Jamie told me, anyway. They're open to the public and stuff. The only time you pay money if it's a private school or if it's college.

Yeah, I'm starting to wish being invisible was voluntary. Dunno who those guys are, but I'm not using any sort of mechanism.

I'm not hiding and I'm not a Djinn, though I've met a few of those. Pretty nice guys. I'm a spirit of winter and I'm not able to be seen unless I'm believed in. Haven't you ever believed in anything before? Like a god or a fairy or something?

[ The question though, gets a pause from her, and she looks away with a frown. She once believed in a god. Or more accurately, thought to pray to one, when she was frightened and desperate. Typically there was no answer. No such thing. ]

Yes, Spirit of Winter. I help bring in winter and end autumn. There are others in the world, so I tend to stay in the country I was born in, but I've traveled around too.

Why not? A lot of the gods are no more than just really powerful spirits.

Well, kids tend to be the believers more than adults. And you look like a teenager. Tough times.
