Hello? Is anyone there? I'm terribly sorry, but it seems I was deactivated, and I don't seem to be on Bespin any more. The few computers I've found here all seem to speak the most peculiar dialect, and I'm having difficulty determining where I am, exactly.

Well, I'm on a ship. It's certainly not the Falcon or any other ship I'm familiar with. I'm quite certain it isn't an Imperial ship at least; it is rather messy. Maybe Artoo would know. He is still with you, isn't he? I tried talking to the ship's computer to find out more, but something seems wrong with it...

[Feel free to interrupt at any time, because Threepio is in a talkative mood and isn't likely to shut up now that he's got a friendly voice on the line.]

[Luke's eyeroll isn't audible but someone who's more perceptive to human emotion might be able to detect the tone in his voice when he interrupts.]

Just shut up and listen. Don't move from where you are, do you understand me? Don't go anywhere, don't touch anything. I'm going to come get you, alright?

[Threepio sounds a bit hurt but of course maintains his polite tone.]

"Oh. Yes, of course Master Luke."

[last_ofthe_jedi]

[The hurt tone reaches Luke loud and clear and he sighs in resignation.]

Look, it's just that it's dangerous. People go missing on that ship and there are a lot of people around who may try to capture you and scrap you for parts. I just don't want anything happening to you.

So stay put. I'll be there in about half an hour.

[Threepio's tone quickly shifts to panic.]

Dangerous!? Scrap me for parts!? Oh dear! I should go find a place to hide! What do I do if someone finds me!?

[The clanking sound of him shuffling rapidly back and forth in the ship as he looks for a hiding place can be heard through the comm.]

[Have yet another audible eyeroll.]

Just stay on the ship! I'm coming to get you.

[The transmission ends.]

[Five minutes later.]

OH DEAR!

[A considerably annoyed tone.]

I'm on my way to get you right now. What is it?

Perhaps I better meet you outside, Master Luke. This ship is overrun with nudists!

[last_ofthe_jedi]

[Annoyance turns to slight amusement.]

That's just people waking up from their pods, Threepio. They're friendly. Stay on the ship!

But Master Luke, this young woman here has nothing to cover herself with. It just wouldn't be proper for you to barge in on her!

[last_ofthe_jedi]

Well then you can warn her that I'm coming. If she's new she should have clothes there in her locker and if not then it's probably someone I know and I'll just give her my jacket. Don't worry about it, alright?

[Threepio is aghast.]

But Master Luke!

Stay. On. The ship!

[Transmission ends.]

[Another 5 minutes later, Threepio may have the volume a little to high on this one.]

CONGRATULATIONS, MASTER LUKE!

[Luke's beginning to lose his patience with Threepio and is about to shout at him but he's suddenly caught off guard by the very loud proclamation. He winces and holds his comm device as far away from his ears as possible.]

Uh-- thanks. For what?
