[The response is delayed, but eventually Chloe gets an incoming feed of someone whose body armour says they're either some kind of future-tech soldier or sports enthusiast, or a modern day sport biker with a taste for too much sci-fi and cyberpunk. There seems to be a pile of rubble behind them, but no active fires or cries for help. After a moment, apparently satisfied with how his comm is propped, the figure removes his helmet to reveal a wearily concerned Major Alenko.]
