[The man on your video screen is wearing a tux. He's not James Bond though.
In fact he's a writer from New York City, who was on his way to get married (for the third time) when he blacked out while driving and woke up in a pod. It was by far the oddest experience he's ever had, and Richard Castle has had many odd experiences. At first he thought he was in some kind of government facility, that the SUV with the black out windows that had been tailing him had put him here where some kind of weird experiments happened. Waking up in a pod in your boxers is enough to throw anyone. He'd put on the clothes he'd been wearing, found in the footlocker next to the pod and managed to locate the rest of his stuff. His cell phone was deader than dead, of course, so he couldn't call Kate. It seemed, other than the creepy pods filled with what looked to be people, nobody was around keeping him in one place. He wasn't a prisoner, so he decided to explore.
Stepping out of the hatch, he observed a completely different world. It was not New York. It was possibly not even Earth.]
Uh. I take it this isn't the Hamptons?
[What the hell has he gotten himself into now?]

Re: Video
[Which he was going to figure out yet!]
Was stationed on human vessel.
Video
[He feels stupid but science was never his forte. Then again, this is more like scifi, which he's definitely a fan of.]
Re: Video
Video
Video
[Sometimes science means stating the obvious]
Video
[But everything seems too real for this to be a dream.]
Video
Video
[After getting over the initial shock of the alien, Castle now notices that the guy is looking at him strangely, checking him out curiously.]
Re: Video
[Humans seem to get board when he goes into the full Salarian naming convention.]
Video
[Why not? If you're an intelligent species you can be a doctor, he supposes.]
What kind of doctor are you?
Video
Video
Wow I'm going to be pretty useless, aren't I? I'm a murder mystery writer.
[So Castle thinks they should just send him home, ok?]
Video
[Murder mystery writer... he's dabbled in pulps, but it's still pretty far from his expertise.]
Potts will find use.
Video
Potts?
Re: Video
[Full sentences take so much time]
Video
Alright. I guess I should seek him out.
Video
[It's important information. Most women don't appreciate that confusion.]
Owns accomodations. Best current option for newcomers.
Video
[No they don't. Fortunately, Castle's pretty amenable to strong women. He finds it attractive.]
So basically, she's got a room where I can stay?
Video
Video
Or I guess "beings" is a better word.
