A New Arrival

[The video comes on to a young man in his mid-twenties. Fit, tanned, and very attractive, his eyes - a bright sea-green color - are confused and he seems to be struggling to hold his concentration on the task at hand - which is operating the handheld device that he found in his room. He's dressed only in what appears to be a pale greenish hospital gown, and is making no particular effort to hold it closed. He looks rather lost, and perhaps too confused to even really be afraid. His eyes have circles under them, and a telltale puffiness that gives away that he's been crying recently, and perhaps for some time. He looks into the device finally, his eyes focusing for the most part]

Can someone tell me where I am? I don't think this is Thirteen anymore...did the Capitol get us?

[He trails off, distracted by a piece of rope he holds in his hands, quickly tying several knots before looking back at the screen]

[He trails off, absolutely losing his concentration, and turning away from the camera on the device]

[Asking who "she" is feels a little intrusive somehow, especially when the kid is so overwhelmed.]

Well, still, I'm sure someone can help you get decent by the time you leave the ship. [He's wondering if he should just stay at the ship most of the time in case people are waking up.]
