[There's a moment where the camera is played with and flipped around before it shows Vegeta's face. He's scowling, which appears to be his default expression.

After a moment, he points to the collar on his neck.]

Do you see this? This has neutralized my powers. I am unable to use even the most basic attack.

I need a person who is good with technology. Now.

[He tilts his head. This is disturbing news. So much for this place being relatively safe.]

[He shakes his head. A little testily, but not angrily.]

I couldn't sense their energy. All creatures have it. But besides the people in the dome, I haven't sensed a damn thing that could be of any use!

[He could sense a few other people, whom he figured were fellow people who had found themselves on this planet, but he couldn't understand why there were some he didn't sense. It was random, and disturbing.]

There must be a way to remove this.

What could it mean that they lived, but you could not sense their energy?

I have no idea how this collar works. There isn't an obvious manner in which to remove it.
