Not quite. Places such as this seem capable of gathering together different versions of the same person. The version of me that was here previously has experienced a vastly different life to my own.

I was previously in a city similar to this that was capable of drawing together people from different worlds and realities. This included duplicates of those there, including one of myself and one of a...close friend of mine.

Here, there are currently three versions of the same person present, so it can be safely assumed that the same stands true here.
