I have managed to acquire a laptop, if this is of interest to anyone. The operating system is entirely unfamiliar, but I'm learning my way around it. Unfortunately I only have one, and I intend to use it for further examination of the pods. But we can work something out if you want to use it. Additionally, if anyone wants to help me with this project, I would appreciate it.

Speaking of further examination of the pods...it seems Tony Stark is in his pod again, which explains why I haven't seen him until now. [Bruce has a lot of feelings about this, but he is firmly not thinking about them.]

Figuring out how to free someone from a pod is going to be a long and delicate process. If we try to force the pods open, I'm absolutely certain it will kill the person inside.

[Well this is all kinds of awkward. But Bruce is worried about how she'll handle the news.]

Understandable, considering your time period. Tony is a colleague of mine, I suppose. We've worked together, anyway. [Yeah he still doesn't know how to explain that.]

How much do you know about mutants?

[tiptoeing]

What do you mean by "mutants" exactly?

[lehnsherr]

Homo Superior. The next stage of human evolution.

[tiptoeing]

I'm familiar with the term, though not from before I arrived here. But it's a little more complicated than that.

[lehnsherr]

Then mutants aren't known in your world yet.

[nope, not happy about that at all]

[tiptoeing]

Not the way you mean, no. But the idea of a "next stage of human evolution" isn't new to me. An experiment to create such a person was already successful...that would be Captain Steve Rogers, if you've met him here.

I was part of the attempt to recreate the serum used on him. Only it didn't turn out quite so well. I'm not really sure "Homo Superior" is accurate for me.

I am familiar with "Captain America". He isn't the next stage.

You aren't human?

[tiptoeing]

I'm not really sure what I am now. But I look human most of the time...until the change is triggered, or I make it happen voluntarily.

And what is it you look like the rest of the time?

[tiptoeing]

I think Tony's description was pretty accurate. Basically, I turn into an "enormous green rage monster."

Lizard-like?

[tiptoeing]

[Bruce is wondering why he thought this was a good idea.] Not even remotely.

Then there are others out there who have attempted to create similar serums too.

There are, but none who were successful, as far as I know. Not that my attempt could really be considered a success.
