I have faith that he's going to see this through to the end, and that I do not want to be on any side that gets in his way.

That, and he's right. We need to defend ourselves before people start thinking they can just catch us and put us in cells or whatever.

[Pietro's faith is pretty conflicted, actually. He's swallowed everything about mutants being superior, it's true, but he knows all too well that his leader isn't infallible. It makes for a shaky, painful balance.

If Magneto weren't his father, things might be quite different.]
