[Briar had heard a little of this before - this whole idea of different planets and worlds. He still didn't quite understand it, but then, how else to explain how different all the places everyone else here came from? How else to explain worlds that didn't even have magic?]

Flying ships for initial orbital escape. Mass relays for interstellar transfer. FTL sub-optimal option.

And what d'you mean, bending space? How can you just go and bend space?! It's space! You can't just...go about bending it willy-nilly! [Briar might not be a scholar like Nico and Tris, but he is pretty sure that this is not something that you are supposed to be able to do]
