[Sherlock is lying back on his bed - not in the Flop, he's been holed up elsewhere - with the camera trained on his face.]
Well. Now that we're all done being shot at and talking over plans to get shot at in the future, perhaps someone can come up with something else to do.
[Locked to Agent K and Kara Thrace]
I want my things back. Your items are safe.
[Locked to Claire Bennet]
Still with us?

I was afraid you got yourself caught in the middle of that.

Quite a few things, actually. There is the matter of the ship slowly losing power. The thousands still in pods and the small matter of basic food and medical supplies and distributing those supplies.
...Losing power? What, from the missiles?
[video] --i'm so sorry he had to go off on someone.
From what I can tell it has been in state of disrepair since before it crashed it here. Clearly someone initiated an emergency protocol that diverted all remaining energy to the pods. When that power began to drop the ship began to wake us up. The ship's systems still believe it is in space and therefore powering up the systems necessary to sustain life. Many of those systems simply do not function and drain what little power remains from the core systems meant for sustaining the pods.
The computer system is unresponsive so I cannot simple tell it to stop. [He taps the computer console to show just how unresponsive it is. The screen just flickers "S8." He's been progressively raising his voice but not outright yelling.]
[video] --and guess how much sherlock is impressed.
[video] --are we having an asshole off?
[video] --sounds kinky.

[Private]
What did you find out?
[Private]
Apart from the pod rooms, the ship is scattered with normal living quarters and common areas. Most have never been used. Could have been used by the ones who took us - could have been meant for us to use when we were awake. More likely the former.
Life support is down. Most of the power in the ship is. What's left is keeping the stasis pods functional.
[Private]
No preserved food of any sort? ..."Most"? Some were used, then?

Re: [Private]
I'll be outside when you get here.
[Private]
[With that he shuts down the channel and continues on his way. He will, in fact, be very punctual.]
[Private | Audio]
[Awkward hesitation.] I guess you have questions..
[Private | Audio]
[Private | Audio]
If the collars really do what they're supposed to do, yeah. Probably.
Before you ask your next question, I want to know who you are.
[Private | Audio]
My name is Sherlock Holmes. I was a detective, back on Earth. Not a member of the police, not associated with any government. What I am is a man who trusts in his senses. In my ability to rationally explain what they're telling me.
[Tiny, tiny pause, and then, a different thought, an observation:] Your skin is perfect.
[Private | Audio]
[The perfect skin remark she ignores, you liar. :|]
[Private | Audio]
Wait. Why this again?]
You think I'm lying. Why would you think that?
[Private | Audio]
[Private | Audio]
What year are you from?
[Private | Audio] Guessing on the year cause Heroes timelines are very unclear. ><
[A little less irritated now. She sighs lightly.] 2010.
[Private | Audio]
[So, so dry. He still resents, a little, that that's become a question.]
[Private | Audio]
Yeah. Earth. So I know the Sherlock Holmes stories, okay?
[Private | Audio]
[In 2010 he'd been... nobody, according to the public. An ex-junkie who stayed up at all hours updating his website when he wasn't helping the police quietly, behind the scenes. It doesn't make sense.]
[Private | Audio]
[...Looooong pause. Oh my god what.]
You're serious, aren't you. ..But he's not real. He's-
[Private | Audio]
[No. But.... no. Really? No.]
You're certain you didn't mishear me, that it isn't some other name? Sherlock Holmes?
[Private | Audio]
... There's no way. You must just have the same name o-or something. Aliens and time travel I get, but this?
[Private | Audio]
Well, and I'd say a girl who can get shot to pieces and stand up a minute later without it being some sort of trick could only happen in comic books.
That was real blood and those were real bullets that had been warped from impact. Your clothes had holes in them but you didn't.
I'm from 2011. A year later than you. It was unlike anything I'd ever seen.
[Private | Audio]
[She pauses before speaking, as if choosing her words carefully. Claire speaks slowly, calmly, explaining and admitting the truth. There's still a guarded edge to her voice, though.]
It was all real. I can't get hurt, not really. ...I heal. There are other people back home. They can do things. Incredible things. Sometimes very dangerous things. And.. Healing is what I do.
[Private | Audio]

The possibility of parallel realities is something he's ignored, because it was never relevant. Maybe they were, maybe they weren't. What did he care?
He still doesn't care so much about that. What he cares about is feeling out of his depth. Which has been happening way too much lately.
There's a lengthy pause while he's turning all that over in his head.]
The 'why' and 'how' don't matter. Not now that we're here. But it could to them, if they ever got their hands on you.
[Private | Audio]
I know. [She says seriously, a weight in her voice.] Believe me, I know. They're not the first big heavily armed mysterious group I've encountered.
And that's also why I'm going to ask you not to spread my special brand of freakyness around. I don't know you any better than anyone else here, and I'm really not in the mood to be captured and experimented on anytime soon.
[Private | Audio]
If I were you, I'd do what I could to change my appearance. They've already killed you once, and in a rather memorable fashion. Someone may notice if they were to come back and it happened again.
Either that or stay indoors the next time they feel like tromping around in their jackboots.
[Private | Audio]
There's a pause before she answers, her voice hard.]
When they come back, I'll be ready.
[Private | Audio]
Didn't think you'd go for the indoor option, sensible as it is. You're very into heroics, aren't you?
