Right. So. If you can hear this...I guess I'm the new girl around here. And I've obviously got a few questions for anyone with the inclination to answer. Starting with where the hell am I? What system? What Quadrant, even. I don't even know if I'm in the Core Worlds or out on the Outer Rim. Last I knew I was making a Hyperspace jump and now I'm here.

The dome authorities are pretty unfriendly if we get too close to the dome. There's a few settlements to the south. One has a port, that's where the others set out from. The local wildlife is pretty vicious. Not quite Kashyyyk, but getting pretty close for some of the larger predators.

So, town's better you think? Even if it is...apparently watched over by these dome people?

Generally, yes. They get tetchy if we get too close to the dome but I haven't seen any raids in here yet.

What sorta firepower do they have?

Nothing quite like they have at home.

But they have air power and enough weaponry to cause a major headache for the locals.

Are we talking speeders and old style blasters? Or more dated than that? Like, actual projectile weapons?

They're pretty partial to pyrotechnics.

So you were in an intel unit?

They didn't officially become intel until I went back to my regular unit, but that happened because they'd been running so many intel type missions.

Wedge has never been the most traditional commander.
