You work for SHIELD. Since you 'quit' and went to work for them you've made, oh let's see... Quinn Jets, power armor, if I'm not mistaken a number of nonfatal weapons meant to subdue. I think Fury extorted a few of them out of you.

Never heard of the MRD. But SHIELD sucks at acronyms, so they're probably calling it something needlessly polysyllabic right now.

Out of general intellectual curiousity - do they have a way to neutralize superpowers, or are they just going with the 'shoot first, wonder how to question a bullet-riddled corpse later' option?

They have power-inhibitor collars and cells.

I've had more important projects to work on. The collars aren't going to kill anyone - that makes them not a top priority.
