[telepathic broadcast]

[ In reference to this ooc post: Charles is still broadcasting feelings of hope/encouragement/keep calm and carry on. This post may be used for all psychics who want to attempt to telepathically respond to the feelings, and reach out towards the source.

Please note the date when you tag; this broadcasting has been going on for almost a week now, and has been steadily and slowly/subtly declining in strength. By today, it's barely noticeable; by tomorrow, it will be gone. ]

[Narvin's been shielding. (He's not too fond of hope, happiness, and calm.) But the constant shielding is becoming tiring. His reply isn't in words, just a sharp psychic jab in the general direction of wherever this broadcast is coming from. Not an attack, more like the telepathic equivalent of a mild slap and a request to bugger off.]

/We're not friends./

[There's irritation in his thoughts, but not hostility. He means it a statement of fact.]

[The feeling hits him sometime after his arrival and at first it's easy to ignore with how exhausted he is from his explosion, but after awhile his mind begins to open and Fox starts to realize...this is not a hallucination.

And his mind gives a start and fires.
It isn't a flash of neurons though, but like sparks going off two stones struck together. Even in the realm of his mind it was incredibly hot and that heat channeled through the broadcast now as he became more aware of its presence.

[Fox's mind seems to rumble at the touch, rolling and crackling like flames in a hearth. Controlled, but still dangerous if you moved a hand too close.]

/My brain itches...pinched nerve? Ugh. I don't need another migraine.../

[An idle thought passes through, followed by general feelings of discomfort and confusion as his thoughts wandered. Muttering as someone would if they thought themselves alone.]
