[Oh good, you again.] And what "he" are you referring to this time?

One who is lost to my sight.

[She tries to search her memory for their last conversation, see if there's anything there that could help here. But it's all a jumbled mess. She just doesn't have the head for these kind of things.]

If he's lost to your sight, then how do you know what he is doing?

He is not doing, he has done.

What is it? Something we have to be afraid of, I should gather. Else what is the point of this message?

Woke the spiders. They build their nests, build their traps. Pray they do not lay their eggs.

...And what would happen to us if they did?

They are built to consume.

How suitably ominous.

It is fact, not omen.

They consume the wasps. It is backwards.

Who are the "wasps"? Us?

Yes. Those who are of Salvation.

Now we're getting somewhere. Maybe.

So these "spiders" are coming to consume us. Because somebody already woke them. But why call us wasps?

You swarm. You sting. It is appropriate.

Appropriate, perhaps. But hardly complimentary.

They are hardy creatures. Hard to root out. Harming one brings only ire from the others.

I think you imagine our 'nest' to be a little more close-knit than it really is.

We shall see.
