Medical for if you get your ass injured out here and wanna dull the pain or I don't know- perform surgery maybe and recreational for when you want to forget your ass is here.

Anyhoo, I'm willing to give this vial to anyone who can find me a forge. An abandoned one, a homemade one, one that is barely holding it together-- I don't care. I want a forge.

Seems like a fair trade for something you probably ain't going to find much of around here.
