Though he's seen text and video, telephones are most familiar, and in a situation where adaptation is clearly necessary, his instincts take over. The devastation is obvious, and there were undoubtedly others with a more immediate need than he.]

This is Captain Steve Rogers of the United States Army. I've just arrived to this place, but I've been here long enough to collect what supplies I could from the ship. [At least, that's what it looked like.] If I'm reaching someone who knows how I can best help with reconstruction, let me know.
