You'd be right on that. The new one would be the one sitting all pristine under the dome.

Where we're now used to be part of that one but they couldn't take extend the dome over the whole thing. So, we got left out in the cold.

Yeah. We stay out here and they stay in there. Well, sometimes they kick their own out. They don't last long out here. Last one caught something and died a week later.

Since the domes went up, longer maybe. Two hundred years or something like that. Nobody alive remembers what it was like before.
