Right. So. If you can hear this...I guess I'm the new girl around here. And I've obviously got a few questions for anyone with the inclination to answer. Starting with where the hell am I? What system? What Quadrant, even. I don't even know if I'm in the Core Worlds or out on the Outer Rim. Last I knew I was making a Hyperspace jump and now I'm here.

I gotcha. I was with a semi-Intel squadron for a while, nothing nearly as long though. Good to meet you, Kerra.

Luke's off sailing with an exploration group and isn't due back for a few weeks. I'm sure he'll be eager to talk to you though. The Order has changed in the past millenium.

Heh, and I'd hope the Order's changed in the last thousand years or so. Hopefully enough to roust those nutjob Sith Lords from the Rim Worlds. Don't suppose you ever got a history lesson on Daimon and Odion, did you?

Most people thought the Sith had been gone for centuries. There was a flare up a few decades ago but... now they're really gone.

There's communal housing in the middle of town called the Flop. Nothing fancy, but it's a place to sleep and eat.

A lot of the town is in pretty rough shape. Some of the people who have been here longer have found other arrangements, but the Flop gets the job done.

What's the situation outside town? Any outlying settlements? Nomads? Ravenous superpredators?

The dome authorities are pretty unfriendly if we get too close to the dome. There's a few settlements to the south. One has a port, that's where the others set out from. The local wildlife is pretty vicious. Not quite Kashyyyk, but getting pretty close for some of the larger predators.

Generally, yes. They get tetchy if we get too close to the dome but I haven't seen any raids in here yet.

They're pretty partial to pyrotechnics.

They didn't officially become intel until I went back to my regular unit, but that happened because they'd been running so many intel type missions.

Wedge has never been the most traditional commander.
