[ For anyone who happens to believe in old Greek spirits - specifically the ones called Anemoi - they might catch a glimpse of a bright, golden eye peering out of a painfully androgynous face and down at the recording device. Their skin is pale, and their hair a dark, midnight blue. They look small - almost fae-like - and are dressed in bright yellow, and black.

For anyone who doesn't happen to believe in obscure Greek gods, they will just see some nice scenery. Or as nice as a forest with a backdrop of a crashed alien ship can be, at least. ]

I've never gotten to use one of these before..! I wonder if anyone can hear me?

[ he fiddles with the settings, clearly entertained by this, until he manages to change it to text format. ]

[ he doesn't actually expect a reply, so he only half pays attention to the device as he starts exploring. he keeps the device recording as he flies, giving any viewers some interesting, dizzying views of forests and mountains. ]

Good. Guess he handled all the... don't say stupid stuff on the network, don't go near the dome place, and look out for dinosaurs stuff, then?

The.. The people that are flying around outside that dome... Are they patrolling to keep us away? And if so...

[ a pause as it all starts to click. he's always been quick to pick up on tactics - particularly military ones. ]

They scan this network to keep an eye on us, and make sure we aren't planning to attack them? Something like that?

Yeah, they're not very nice at all. So somethin' like that. And there's monsters around, but I guess if you're invisible, you're probably safe from all that. Just careful about the network stuff, I guess.

[He puffs up a little, looking proud of himself for helping.]

What is an andrewsarchus?

[Looking briefly stymied at the thought of explaining one of his Things, Todd then manages to rally.]

Big, hairy, with long noses and scraggly teeth. And short, brushy kinds a'tails. My two are kinds stripey, but I think their mom was kind of more spotty.

...I'll keep an eye out for them!

Cool. So yeah, best way to find me, look for them.

[He flashes a big, self-satisfied grin.]
