My greetings of the lightest days. [ The camera is leaning up against something hard, as it gives a good view of Sigyn as she sits inside her new house, with a large amount of hay in her lap. She also has a large roll of cloth that stretches off camera and is black. She seems to be stitching up the side, leaving a large opening at the top. ] For all those concerned for my location, I have vacated my room within the Flop and have made my home inside a lovely house in the mountains, by the river. [ She continues to stitch, pulling more of the cloth into her lap as she makes her way down with her stitches. ] I ask of you to not visit with me 'till Moon's Day morn. My apologies for leaving so abruptly, but I do not feel safe as a sorceress within the city.

[Her distrust of some magic aside, Mulan's not at all averse to using pre-made spells or charms, if they may be useful. Though she has her own reasons to be a little leery of Sigyn - having more to do with her questionable judgement than her powers - she perks right up at that offer.]

That sounds like it could come in very handy. What exactly does it do?

The charm, when activated, create a barrier between the caster and the enemy, temporarily throwing back any projectiles to their owners.

Give Astrid my name, and she will allow you to ride her -- otherwise she shall refuse. Take her to the mountain entrance, and once at the entrance, ask her to take you to me. She knows the path to my home.

Of course you would give me 'directions' that sound more like instructions for the beginning of a mythical quest. [But Mulan is more resigned and bitterly amused than anything.] I will come to you at your convenience as soon as I am able.
