Fifth Howl [Video | Wednesday morning]

Good morning, everyone. It's Lyall.

[See how far he's fallen: he's not even putting up both names anymore. It's been a while since he's come up on the network of his own accord, rather than replying to someone else.]

I have a few things here I need some help with, and I've come to the end of my direct contacts. First, I have a list of numbers that are apparently some kind of directional coordinates-- from space. Destination unknown, origination point unknown, though I have a few guesses I could make. Are there any pilots who might be able to assist in finding where they lead to?

Also, I've got a piece of glass here that I'm told is potentially full of data. If anyone would like a crack at translating it, do let me know? It could be fairly important.

[And just like that, her spirits lift again. Road trip. Road triiiiip. She... may be experiencing a form of cabin fever.]

Well let's ask both to take a look anyway. And once we know how long it'll take to make the adapter, then we can plan a trip out to this place. To start: how do we get a vehicle?

Why would it have been in that hut if it came from Authorities? Unless it was stolen by whoever uses it. Either way, it may be very useful.

[Lyall shakes his head.]

I suppose one of us asks Stark for one of his. Preferably not me.

I've been meaning to head back out to that facility for a while now -- some of the equipment would help with my work trying to help Medea.

[A road trip may be in the future one way or another it seems, as Bones looks thoughtful, and then amused at Lyall's statement.]

Not a fan? I'm surprised -- you and Potts seem to have a similar approach to organizing everything and everyone that holds still... or maybe you're just not his type. But I could probably ask him.

[hypospraying]

[Christine is surprised that there's someone Lyall doesn't want to talk to, or maybe it's that Tony doesn't want to talk to him. Whatever the case, things seemed resolved.]

Anything to help Medea is something I want a look at too. Let us know what Tony says and we'll go from there? If he's busy, like you said he might be, then we can ask Indrani too.

I just think he might say no to me out of contrariness alone.

[Lyall says it dryly. He at least understands his and Tony's particular friction. It just means he tries to keep out of the other fellow's way, as much as possible. He and Pepper have a few things in common, but putting up with the Starks of the world may not be one of them. He holds up the chip again.]

Want to show this to Stark, or shall I hunt down this Indrani of yours with it while you talk to him?

Go grab Indrani while I talk to Stark. For all I know, we can plug it in on the ship somewhere, but like I said -- I have my own reasons to want to head out to the facility.

[Already looking a little distracted, Bones mulls over just what his results are looking like currently, and just what he'd like to do to move them along. Christine can probably spot the expression a mile off.]

[hypospraying]

[She does indeed, and it intrigues her. She gives Lyall a smile before rising from her chair.]

Let us know what she says? As for you, Doctor, why don't you let me into that brilliant mind of yours?

[Because it's always helpful to bounce ideas off of someone who understands what you're talking about, right?]

I will, thank you. I'll get back to you in the next day or two.

[Nevermind that fog is going to interrupt that a little... but he'll be aiming for that, anyway. If they're going to talk shop, he's going to get the last of his paperwork finished.]

[Bones stops propping up one wall with his shoulder as Christine rises, giving her a quick nod, and Lyall another one.]

[And off he goes, out of werewolf earshot before they can hit the truly ridiculous levels of technobabble.]
