 [ the feed comes on, hello everyone. Ianto looks pretty impassive, despite what he's been reading over the last few days since waking up in somewhere that was very clearly not Cardiff. ]

My name is Ianto Jones. I understand that this is obviously not Cardiff, and that there is obviously some sort of illness going around. Can't say I appreciate the unexpected trip, or the not so great timing of the Rift...

If there is a Jack Harkness or a Gwen Cooper about, or if anyone has seen or heard anyone by these names - one's a man in a big flashy coat, almost as flash as the man himself, the other is a Welshwoman, I would appreciate hearing of it. 

Thank you for the help, I understand this can't be a good time to ask - but anything else about this place that anyone can tell me, or what is going on, I would also be grateful. 

[ a solemn nod and then he's gone. ]

[Tosh grins up at him when he gets there. She's still in the first stage of the disease, so it's not as bad as it could be...but she's not exactly the picture of health, either.]

It's so good to see you, even if you do have horrible timing.

[ it still takes him a while to find the hospital, even with the directions. Ianto gives her a small smile as he walks in. He knows Tosh will likely object to being hugged while she is sick... his relief at seeing her is cut short. ]

And usually I'm so good at being punctual, too.

[ a beat. ]

It's good to see you Tosh. Really good. [ things have been so different since then. ]

[She wants to ask when he's from, but she's not sure how. It's not like she can just say 'hey, am I dead back home?' So she opts to avoid any and all awkward questions for the moment.]

Do you need a place to stay? I've got an extra bedroom in my flat - not that I'm using my own room right now, obviously.

[ a glance around the room, Ianto isn't sure how to approach her about her death just yet. ]

I would appreciate that. [ of course being in her house without her being in it - she has to come back. She will, wont she? Instead, he adds quickly: ] I could take care of things while you're here.

There isn't much to take care of, really, I just don't want you to end up living on the streets or something.

[Tosh frowns a little, looking down at her blankets.] I don't know how much longer I'll be in hospital. I've still got awhile, I think.
