Experiment 001 // Video (backdated to Thursday morning, Week 34)

[That's just a little disconcerting, to wake up in a pod, and memories, hazy at first, then firming, of another awakening, and time passing before she is swallowed by darkness. Jane sits up, and hurries out of the pod, clothes just slightly rumpled, her notebook and the device firmly in hand. She steps out of the ship, before turning to her device, and flips it on.]

Question. Hi. It's Jane Foster, and I think I've returned. So back to the question, how long have I been gone and is Pepper still here?

[Pepper often smiles, but it's rare for Pepper to be beaming, looking up from the backdrop of a semi-familiar apartment that seems to have gotten suddenly a lot more cozy and furnished than the last thing Jane would remember seeing.]

Oh my god, you're back. And you remember? I think you're actually the first person to be podded longer-term and come back who remembers. Team Science is going to swarm you...

[She trails off, the beam settling back to normal smile dimensions, although the delighted relief lingers.]

That and there's someone else who's going to swarm as soon as he finds out you're awake. Assuming he hasn't raised you already, that is.

[Thor is in the middle of trying to hammer down the rest of his house's roof when the communicator chimes. It takes him a few minutes to put down said hammer and investigate, and then when he does, it takes him several long breaths to tell himself he's not dreaming.

Then he can't hit send fast enough.]

[Have an eager and hopeful looking godling staring back at you, Jane, with a backdrop of the sky and a few rooftops.]
