The Spring Equinox is coming up
And the city is getting ready for preparations

I am turning 100 years old this Equinox
Which is an important birthday
At least for spirits
I think

I don't know much about birthday celebrations
And the city looks like it will be having its own big party (???)
So I was wondering if anyone would like to
Hang out with me during the equinox?
For a little while maybe
If it is not too much trouble!!

People have been mentioning it in passing
And making preparations already.
But since it is 9 days away
I think it must be a large festival
If they are preparing so far in advance.

My writing is much better this time, is it not?

Yes!
It has improved. :)

Last time, I was using Kozmotis' device.

It had buttons.

Now I am writing upon the mirror in my box with a golden stylus.

This is more familiar in a way.

I think the forms of our communication devices
Are supposed to be based on something familiar to us from home.

We write letters with quills and ink upon paper at home.

This way is better for me than buttons.

In my world people have advanced to using devices with buttons
Moreso than writing things out by hand.

Perhaps that will happen in my world someday as well.

Until then, I am happy with this arrangement.

Sometimes it is nice to write with pen and paper.

There was no reason for a spirit like me until more recently. Climate change wasn't so bad until the most recent century, ne?

It would be an honour to any spirit and lowly as myself to be in such company on their day of rebirth.

I am all of those things, you're correct. And it makes me happy that you think so highly of me. But know that, like I said, you are important in your own way as a spirit. I don't think you are "lowly" in any sense of the word.

Until I can control my abilities and do the task I was assigned to do to the best of my abilities, I will be considered a lowly spirit. But it is nice to know that Miss Tooth thinks differently!

But there is a lot to learn in each of those subjects!
