Text: Saturday, Week 41; Night.
I've heard about the collars that neutralize a person's magical abilities.
Do they still use those in this new Verdana?
If so, how do they react when used on a non-human?
Are they turned human too or are their abilities simply taken away?
[ added later | private messages to Christine, Lyall, Pepper, Belle, and Jack ]
Do you mind if I ask you a favour?

You're one of those people who can't comprehend different aspects of different worlds.
There sure are a lot of you here.
The mutants in my world that have 'supernatural' abilities
Exist only in comic books.
They're really cool comic books though

Magic is widely considered to simply be science that has yet to be understood.
I can't say that I understand how my existence aligns with current scientific theories and the laws of physics
But the fact that you deny the existence of something from a different, parallel universe than yours
[ he doesn't finish his thought, since he dislikes being rude. ]
The mutant gene that people here have been describing makes no sense to me
But I'm not about to go around denying their existence as what they are.
If they say they are mutants then that's what they are.
If your world has the theory of Tulpa
It is the closest thing I have ever found to explain our existence in my world

My world has a lot of new age lunatics. That doesn't make them right. It makes them people who cling to fiction instead of trying to understand how something actually works.

The 'different worlds principle' I'm familiar with is that - according to psychics - there is an infinite number of universes: one for every possible outcome. That means there is a 100% probability that beings like Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy exist in at least one of those infinite universes.
Either way, all you seem to be wanting to do is make yourself feel good by attempting to prove to yourself that I am nothing more than one of the 'new age lunatics' you're so familiar with.
So either stop being a condescending know-it-all, or stop responding to me.

But hey, a psychic told you fairies are real. That's absolutely a more convincing argument than the complete lack of any actual scientific evidence.
