[Koz can't do much with the storm going on so he's going to make some conversation with the people at large here.]

While I'm aware that english, or at least a variation on it, is the language most used here I'm curious what other ones people know or are more comfortable with at the very least. I'm familiar with quite a few so if there's one you'd prefer speaking in I'm more than willing to oblige.

A language barrier shouldn't be a reason for us to be unable to work together and if anyone wishes to learn a language I'm more than willing to teach.

[There's a pause.]

I'm also wondering if anyone skilled with a sword could use a sparring partner, I seem to be short one.

[Thor usually defaults to amiability, and with no terrible tales out of his past being replayed in front of him, he's at his default at the moment. The default turns into a pleased smile.]

Very good! Perhaps we can set up a time and place soon. I have not done much in the way of practice since my arrival here. Active battle, certainly, but no simply practice.

I should be free most late afternoons and evenings, any earlier and I'm likely to be busy building or otherwise working. Unless you're up before dawn of course but then I'll likely try to convince you to stay and work.

[He's only half joking about that actually.]

I can get most anywhere within either city relatively quickly if you'd rather I come to you.

Ah, I fear I cannot stay for long, if I come in the morning. I have gainful employment here, to support myself and my brother, and I will have to arrive by a certain hour of the morning or else receive no wages for that day.

[And he sounds weirdly proud of that. Thor, prince of Asgard, has never worked a day in his life. This is a novel and interesting experience. So far, anyway.]

But the late afternoon and evening, that would work very well. I will gladly come to you-- I travel faster than most, myself, as I can fly.

Mn, I'm around the woods between the two cities. Look for either the campfire or the clearing where we'll be working on some walls.

[He chuckles]

I can fly as well.

Ah, good! Perhaps some of our sparring can be in the air. That is an even greater thrill, aerial battle.

[Maybe because he requires Mjolnir for both, and it's exciting to juggle the two uses at once.]

When shall I come by, then? Tomorrow?

I doubt you would find it terribly fun to spar with a falcon.

[Though he's pretty sure it would be funny to watch.]

If it isn't still storming, yes. I could certainly use the company anyway.

Storms to not trouble me. Though trying to spar with a falcon, you are right, would be tricky. I imagine it would be much faster than I am. And harder to hit.

[He hasn't quite made the connection that Kozmotis would be the falcon, which is why he sounds kind of puzzled as to why Koz even brought it up.]

I have to worry about them, sadly. Being fast can only do so much against a stroke of lightning.

[Yep, still not making the connection. He'll be so surprised to find out, later on. For now, he looks a bit disappointed, but not surprised.]

Then we shall not try to spar in the storm. But the first day that it clears by evening, I will come looking for you. Does that satisfy?
